  • Safe & Drug Free Schools: Violence and substance abuse prevention programming provided by Eaton ISD Prevention Program Services and funded by a Drug Free Community Grant.

  • Grand Ledge YES Center: A great place for youth to find activities, build and leadership capabilities—all in their own community.
  • Michigan Meth Watch Program: Get the facts about this destructive drug and learn how you can help efforts in your community to stop its prevalence.
  • Michigan Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking (MCRUD): Provides leadership on state and national issues and assists individuals, grassroots groups, and organizations to reduce underage drinking locally.
  • STOMP: which stands for Supporting Teen Opportunities Mentoring Program, is a community-based mentoring program for teens in Eaton County. Teens ages 13-19 can be matched with an adult mentor to who can be a positive support in their lives and help them achieve their goals.
  • Call for help: Call 211 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for free, confidential information about local assistance.
  • Eaton Behavioral Health (EBH): Call 543-2870 for outpatient, individual, and family counseling for adults and adolescents. ESAP accepts many forms of insurance. Some individuals with low income may be eligible to have some of their fees paid by a block grant.
  • Choices Program: Call 543-2870 for pro-active programming for adolescents and their parent/guardian. This program is for adolescents who after an assessment may not qualify for outpatient treatment services but who may need some intervention to strengthen skills and insights to prevent substance abuse or dependence.
